- Do tradies pay for leads or subscriptions?
- No, and they never will. There is no lead fee or subscription anywhere on the platform — the fee schedule only contains success fees charged when a job completes.
- When are fees charged?
- When a milestone is funded, the fee amounts are locked against the current fee schedule; they are only collected when that milestone completes and the payment is released. A job that never completes costs nothing.
- Is GST included in the fees?
- Fee rates are quoted exclusive of GST, and 15% GST is added to the platform fee itself. Every quote and checkout shows the full breakdown — fee plus GST — before you commit.
- Can the fees change after I accept a quote?
- No. Fees are locked to the fee schedule in force when each milestone is funded, and the exact amounts are shown before you pay.
